Trustee Roadmap is operated by GDBB LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out a form or sign up for a resource, we collect your first name, email address, and your answer about what kind of help you need.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and the site that referred you.

How we use your information
- To send the checklist, guides, or other resources you request
- To send educational emails about trust and estate administration, which you can stop at any time
- To understand which content is useful and improve the site

How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit), which stores our email list and sends our emails
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and protects it from attacks
- Google Fonts, which supplies the site's typefaces and receives your IP address when a page loads
We do not share your information with attorneys listed in our directory unless you ask us to. If you contact a listed attorney yourself, that attorney's own privacy practices apply. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies and tracking
We use only the cookies and similar technologies needed to run the site and measure basic traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

How long we keep it
We keep your information while you remain subscribed or as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it.

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no website or email service is completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Links to other sites
Our site links to YouTube, attorney websites, and other services. Their privacy policies, not ours, apply there.
